This is the perfect drink for after a workout. It contains natural electrolytes from the coconut water (without all the garbage found in a Gatorade). It also has lots of protein to rebuild muscle. It also contains plenty of other vitamins and minerals. It only takes 5 ingredients.
2 cups frozen tropical fruit
1 banana
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup coconut water
1 cup of orange juice (I use the kind with calcium and vitamin D)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This makes a few servings, so share with a friend. Enjoy!
